Refundable before dispatch

Your £99 deposit is refundable in full if you cancel before your units are dispatched.

If your units have already been dispatched, cancellation and refund rights may still apply. Contact us promptly and we’ll explain the next steps for your order. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

How to cancel

To tell us you wish to cancel, email [email protected] and include your order reference if available. You can also contact customer care on 0333 188 1347. We’ll confirm the status of your order and explain the next steps.

You can contact us at any time, including outside customer care hours: we record when you told us you wish to cancel.

Earlier bookings

If you booked before this policy applied, the refund promise in your booking confirmation still applies.

Your rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights, including your rights if goods are faulty or the installation isn’t carried out with reasonable care and skill.
