What you’ll do

- Help customers understand our products, installation process, bookings and next steps.
- Use our CRM systems to keep accurate contact records, update cases and follow up on outstanding enquiries.
- Coordinate with our internal team and installer partners on appointments, order updates and customer questions.
- Listen carefully to concerns, resolve routine issues and escalate complex enquiries with clear notes.
- Keep customers informed, follow through on commitments and help improve our support processes and guidance.
What you’ll bring
- Clear, confident spoken and written English, with a friendly and professional telephone manner.
- Comfort supporting UK customers and an understanding of UK communication styles and service expectations, gained through work or other relevant experience.
- Experience in customer service, call handling or a similar customer-facing role.
- Confidence using CRM systems, email and everyday online tools, with a willingness to learn new systems.
- Patience, empathy and practical problem-solving skills.
- Good organisation, attention to detail and the ability to manage follow-ups independently.
- A reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace suitable for customer calls.
The practical details
- Location: Remote — worldwide.
- Customers: United Kingdom.
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am–5:30 pm UK time. Local working hours may change when UK daylight saving time changes.
